Care & Maintenance:

• CLEANING SEAT PAD: Machine wash pad in cold water with gentle soap on delicate cycle & drip dry. Do not use bleach.
• CLEANING BUCKLE: Place in a cup of warm water and gently agitate the buckle. Press red button several times while in the water. Do not submerge the buckle strap. Do not use soap, detergents or lubricants
• CLEANING HARNESS: Surface wash only with mild soap & damp cloth or wipes. Do not immerse harness straps or latch strap in water. For full instructions see here

How can I fix an uneven harness on my no-rethread Graco car seat?

A very common concern for parents is what to do when it seems that you’ve tightened your child’s car seat and the harness is uneven. One of the straps is tight but the other is still very loose. We would recommend trying these troubleshooting steps below to see if it solves the problem.

No-Rethread Harness Troubleshooting Steps:

When loosening the harnesses pull both harness straps out at the same time, pulling one side can cause them to become uneven.
Next, we would like to walk you through the steps of resetting the Harness Straps.
First, raise the head rest to the highest position, fully loosen the harnesses and then fully tighten them.
You will then need to lower the head rest to lowest position, fully loosen the harnesses and then fully tighten them.
Repeat these steps one more time.
